Profiling tools

We offer a number of tried and tested tools to develop organisational effectiveness.
These include:

  • Personality profiling - this will help people to understand their motivations, strengths and potential areas for growth. It will help people recognise the different ways in which each of us act and react and help them build relationships in their personal lives and in the workplace.
Understanding personality types and recognising associated behaviours can have many benefits for individuals, teams and organisations.
    • Helps build personal and working relationships
    • Reduces stress levels
    • Improves contribution to teamwork
    • Helps people maximise personal and career development opportunities

  • Leadership - a crucial aspect of managing change and teams is the effectiveness and quality of leadership.
Do leaders focus on strategy and the right priorities for their teams; do they have the necessary skills, and are they able to translate that into appropriate behaviours and management style?
Good leaders are able to demonstrate originality and inspiration, and work in ways that recognise the importance of the 'whole' individual.
The Leadership Index 360 is a questionnaire that provides leaders with the opportunity to obtain feedback on (and self-diagnose) their skills and behaviours. They will be able to find out how far they act as a 'role-model' for their teams; and whether their behaviour is a source of strength or weakness for managing change with their teams. It will help them to identify areas for development to improve their performance.

  • Team Coaching this is for anyone who is coaching/managing a team on a regular basis and who wants to answer the questions:
    • Am I an effective coach of my team?
    • What are my strengths and weaknesses in coaching teams

What does it do? Team Coaching Index360 generates an overview of an individual's team coaching skills based on the responses of colleagues, who can include an individual's manager, peers and direct reports/coachees, as well as their own responses.
It provides information on how colleagues view the individual, as well as how they perceive themselves. This is done in confidence.
It provides a structured approach, and makes identifying areas for development very straightforward.
The results can be discussed with colleagues to identify areas for action.
This provides a benchmark against which to measure progress at a later stage. Call LifeCraft on 01239 711799 to discuss an appropriate tool for your organisation.
