THE EXPERIENCE
The Business Experience
The LifeCraft Experience provides a unique opportunity for a group of people to come together in an idyllic environment in order to focus on achieving the challenges of the day.
The LifeCraft Experience is ideally suited to large 8+ groups; either social, business or management, and are especially beneficial when used as a reward option for top performers and other key people within an organisation. A significant amount of preparation is involved in this (from LifeCraft) and to ensure the most appropriate programme is developed, a lead member of LifeCraft staff will visit the commissioning manager or group to discuss special requirements and
programme preparation.
Travel
Flights leave from Gatwick and other UK airports and arrive at Dalaman or Bodrum International Airports. Approximate flying time is three and a half hours. Transfers by road to home ports can take up to one and a half hours. Based on the requirements of the group, a significant amount of flexibility can be built into
these programmes.
Itinerary
On arrival at your yacht you will be briefed on rules, and health & safety and get quiet time to settle in. Refreshments will be available, during which time the yacht will leave harbour. During the first day you will be briefed on the options available and will plan the itinerary that you wish to undertake. An example of the exercises and activities that are available to you include:
- Wheel of life personal profile tool and the Insights or other psychometric profile
- Time and Management styles questionnaires
- Yoga, Meditation, Aromatherapy, Massage and other therapies
- Group dialogue, discussions and debate
- One to one coaching
- Team building activities and water sports
Post Experience support
You will receive your telephone coaching sessions during the three months after your return. You are encouraged to keep in contact with other members of your group and form a self supporting Alumni. LifeCraft staff can assist with this and can help in setting up social get togethers, with other groups.
Business opportunities
Training providers who are interested in offering the LifeCraft Experience to their clients are encouraged to make contact with a view to being included in the delivery of this programme.
