Work/Life Balance

Managing work-life balance is one of today’s major challenges, being out of balance can affect all areas of life.

The 'Balancing Act' workshop takes participants through a process to re-evaluate their lives and develop strategies that enable them to focus on what matters most in and out of work.
People out of balance tend to suffer from stress and this can be displayed in many ways through ill health, frustration, guilt, lack of focus, poor sleep and eating habits to name just a few.
The sessions are interactive and include exercises and delegate involvement.
